Who We Are

Chicago Black Gay Men’s Caucus is a grassroots organization led by Black gay, bisexual, and same gender loving men, whose vision is a world where our community experiences complete physical, mental and social well-being. This includes eliminating HIV within our community, which we define as preventing all new HIV infections and ensuring every man in our community living with HIV achieves a sustained undetectable status.

What We Do

Chicago Black Gay Men’s Caucus identifies social-structural forces that impact our community’s health, supports transformation of these forces at the policy level, and activates community members as public health leaders.
